Refund & Returns Policy



1. Overview

At Mr Sparks 20 LTD (“we”, “us”, “our”) we want you to be happy with your purchase from https://mrsparks.store. If you are not completely satisfied, you may be eligible for a refund or exchange. Please read this policy carefully.


2. Your Rights Under UK Law


  • If you bought online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods.
  • Once you notify us within those 14 days that you wish to cancel, you have a further 14 days to return the goods.
  • If goods are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you are entitled to reject them and request a full refund, repair or replacement under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.



3. How to Request a Return / Refund


  • For “change of mind” returns: items must be unused, in original condition and packaging.
  • To start a return, email us through the contact form on the Contact Us section within 14 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions.
  • Return the items within 14 days of your cancellation notice unless otherwise agreed.



4. Refunds & Timing


  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • We will process refunds within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
  • Original shipping costs are refunded only where the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged/faulty item). If you return because you changed your mind, return postage is your responsibility unless stated otherwise.



5. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We may not accept returns (unless faulty) for:


  • Perishable goods, personalised/custom items, sealed hygiene items once opened, and certain digital goods once downloaded or accessed.



6. Faulty or Misdescribed Items


  • Contact us immediately with photo evidence if your item is faulty or misdescribed.
  • For faulty items we will offer repair, replacement or full refund (including original shipping) at our discretion.
